The goal of Life Restoration Coaching is to come alongside and support you, as you rebuild a life you love—going from Survivor to Thriver, to More Than a Conqueror! Jesus came to set free the captive, to heal the broken-hearted, to offer you Abundant Life! He’s all about bringing Beauty from Ashes, and I love watching Him do it! ❤️

Meet Your Coach, Liberty
I am a certified Abuse Survivor Advocate*, and a Clarity Coach** (nearing certification), trained in the 4 Tools Framework and trauma recovery. This path grew out of my own traumatic, destructive marriage and divorce, and my healing, recovery and creating a new good life after.
My focus in coaching is on the body-soul-spirit connection, for wholeness in life. I’ve been active in Christian ministry, as a worship leader, Bible teacher, mentor, author and speaker, for over 4 decades. In addition to Life Restoration Coaching, I provide Soul Transforming Creativity Coaching and Courses, am a natural health educator in diet and natural remedies, and a music instructor. God has woven my life and ministry in such a way that each of these intersect with Freely Whole trauma recovery coaching.
As a coach, mentor, teacher, I’m here to help you meet your goals for personal growth and healing, post marital abuse/trauma/divorce, through several healing and growth modalities, as you move forward in your new Freely Whole life.
