Here you will find a Christian single mom of many, who loves Jesus with all her heart, living a life she never thought she would, trusting in Jesus every step of the way, worshiping Him and digging into the Bible for His Words of Life, loving her life and her freedom, and expressing it in creativity.
I wear many hats & have many interests—that I dive deeply into. When God’s Word says you are uniquely and wonderfully made, He’s not kidding! God has woven my life and ministry in a way that each of those passions come together, along with my passion to teach, into a ministry of helping others be freely whole, focusing on the spirit-soul-body connection, for wholeness in life, that Jesus came to give abundantly!
When my abundantly full Christian life was crashing all around me, and God led me to start this new ministry website with the name freely whole in 2016, I had no idea what my future ministry (let alone this website) would look like. I only knew a shift was coming, and it wouldn’t look like it had in the past. My other websites and ministry focuses wouldn’t contain it. God was doing a new thing! I looked at all the various areas of my life. All that I’d worked toward and built. I looked at all the broken pieces, and wondered how they’d fit together—or if they ever would again. At that point, I didn’t even know my ~40 year marriage was ending. But I knew that God would not waste my past life experiences, and He would be building on and redeeming them. I knew freely whole was His Word to me, and for me, even if it never went further than that.
Slowly and deeply, (post-betrayal and abuse, and through divorce) God repaired the pieces and then brought them all together. He raised me up to living a life I love. He provided further training—and life experience—to equip me to not only live my own life freely whole, but to also be able to guide my survivor sisters to the same, as we walk this journey of life together.
Just as spirit, soul and body are all one being; life, business and ministry are all one life to me. I don’t take off one hat to put on another. It all melds together. I’m a package deal—one connected being. So, all those parts come together here on this website, just as they do in my life—perhaps random to you but connected in me.

How God pulled Freely Whole together from all of ^that

This is obviously the spirit aspect of our spirit-soul-body connection that makes us freely whole. I unashamedly believe that salvation through Jesus the Messiah/Christ is the only way to spiritual life, connection to ABBA YHWH—our creator father, and eternal Life! He is our Healer, Provider, Protector, Shelter, …. our All in All. “Lord [Jesus], to whom shall we go? You alone have the words of eternal life!”
Since the day Jesus gifted me salvation, He has been my all-in-all and greatest love of my life! Studying and teaching His Word has been an avid pursuit of mine. I’ve been active in Christian ministry, as a worship leader, Bible teacher, mentor, author and speaker, for over 4 decades. I also taught parents in Christian Family Discipleship as a homeschool author, mentor, convention speaker, and seminar presenter for that time.
💖 Soul Transforming Creativity Coach
Creating artistically is just one of many tools for healing the soul part of our triunity of being. There are many other mind and emotions healing tools we benefit from, that are included in Life Restoration Coaching. But creativity is such a powerful tool that it is an entity in itself. And, it is not just for those healing from trauma and abuse, but for everyone! We were all created in the likeness of our Creator, to create!
I’ve loved creativity and design my entire life, and expressing it in various ways! As a creative, I do just about everything—except draw! Starting with sewing and embroidery as a young child, moving along into all the home arts, crafts of all kinds, and eventually paper crafting and mixed media. Along life’s way, as you can guess by now, I was also teaching those things in a studio, to groups of women and children, through classes in my home, and online.
I began creating Faith Art many years ago, when my decades long loves of Bible study & note taking crashed into my loves of colorful creativity, mixed media work, & book/journal making—at the same time my life was also crashing. Creating Faith Art became a primary instrument in my own healing & rebuilding my life. So of course, I delved deeper into seeking God for His purpose, studying the healing benefits and types of therapeutic creativity, as well as training to sharpen my own skills.

💖 Natural Health Educator & Coach
A Natural Health lifestyle provides a strong foundation to the physical part of our spirit-soul-body connection. Our physical health deeply affects our mental health and healing. Most of our physical maladies in our modern society are lifestyle induced, and therefore can be reversed. Many of the typical foods, home and body products, and synthetic pharmaceuticals we’re surrounded by are so harmful to our health.
Not only does a toxic physical environment produce dis-ease, but so also does a toxic mental environment. Hidden psychological, emotional abuse is also physical abuse, as it breaks down physical health causing many chronic illnesses. The body-soul connection can mean a toxic vicious cycle for many.
But there are alternatives—which are really aren’t “alternative”, but rather going back to the original sources, given by God and used effectively for generations. I am so very thankful for modern advances in medical treatment for injury and acute trauma, but sadly chronic lifestyle diseases make up the majority of modern “healthcare”. We can do better.
I am trained in and present seminars and classes on optimal Health through Nutrition, and using real plants for health and vitality, as well as medicinal help when we need it. My courses and classes cover natural food preparation, eating for health, natural cleaning products and personal toiletries, healing through natural means, and my “day job” is as a Wellness Advocate for doTerra Essential Oils. I’ve trained under and studied for decades from my own natural minded doctor—who believes real food is medicine and who saved the life of one of my children, top national cardiologists, other doctors, science researchers, culinary schools, herbalists, and so many more.
These natural gifts from God, for (as He told us) the health of humankind, have served my family well and kept us in good health for many decades. I love sharing them with others!
