Freely Whole exists to come alongside and help you go from Survivor to Thriver to More than a Conqueror in Jesus! Living a Life you LOVE! God created you on purpose with purpose, and that is not to be living a life in bondage—spiritually, mentally, or physically. He created you to live abundantly in liberty.
To preach the gospel to the poor,
Luke 4:18
to heal the brokenhearted,
to proclaim liberty to the captives
and recovery of sight to the blind,
to set at liberty those who are oppressed.
For this reason Jesus came, to transform our spirits, heal our souls, and set us free to live a whole, abundant life.
God comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any kind of affliction, through the comfort we ourselves receive from God.

Freely Whole’s mission is to provide support for Christian women with the love and truth of Jesus, tools for healing, and steps for rebuilding your life of liberty—especially after marital abuse, trauma, and divorce.
God has comforted me in many deep afflictions, brought clarity in seeing abuse and harm, freed me from that destruction, healed my heart and set me at liberty. He has uniquely woven my life experiences, education, trainings, and 4 decades of ministry, in such a way to create Freely Whole, offering trauma recovery and life restoration coaching, soul transforming creativity, and natural health living—all with Christ at the center—for an abundant whole life.
Most of the tools and teachings presented in Freely Whole apply just as well to any Christian desiring to live a more abundant life with less stress and more growth. The focus of this ministry and coaching is on the body-soul-spirit connection, for wholeness in life.
